Being thirsty can show signs in a number of different ways. This article will show you nine signs you should watch out for to see if you should be drinking more water throughout the day. Having dry mouth is one of the most uncomfortable signs that you aren’t drinking enough water. Of course there could be other reasons you have dry mouth, like a night of drinking alcohol, medication, or eating too many salty foods. But, this is a tell-tale sign that you aren’t getting enough fluids. Increase the amount of water you drink in a day and this feeling should subside.
