Finally, we can’t forget about porridge oats. This is an incredibly simple recipe, but oats provide you with a great deal of protein without fat or bad cholesterol. It’s a filling meal and owing to the mild flavor of the oats, you can add whatever you like over the top. Cinnamon and similar spices can make the oats a little tastier, but for an extra antioxidant boost, try scattering blueberries, acai berries or strawberries over the top.
