This concoction may be hard for some to swallow, but apple cider vinegar is one of the oldest weight loss drinks. While only a few studies have been done, they have shown that drinking 3 to 5 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar per day can help people lose a few pounds per month without changing their diet. Apple cider vinegar seems to help in weight loss by:
