This is an intriguing option, but not many consider hummus to be a heavily fiber loaded food. A single one tablespoon serving of hummus offers one gram of fiber, but you should think of the serving size differently. Typically people eat hummus as a snack and dip a few different times. If a dip of hummus is even half a tablespoon and you do this 10 times, (which is about 200 calories depending on your brand) then your snack and the serving size will then be about five grams of fiber. Add in some snap peas to make your snack even more filling.
