20. Chia Seeds.
These small seeds are mostly known for their tiny size, large surface area, and for being very nutritious. Chia seeds became very popular a couple decades ago with the chia pet, but now they are widely consumed in a variety of ways for good health. One tablespoon of chia seeds contains more than five grams of fiber and many recipes call for more than a tablespoon. You can make your own pudding using fresh milk and chia seeds, which forms a thick consistency when a full cup of chia seeds are blended to a glass of milk. Add in some fresh berries or fruit and this is a good option for vitamins, minerals, and for a good amount of fiber as well.
