How It Can Be Consumed: Tofu is sold in blocks. To prepare tofu for cooking, drain the block and crumble or dice the tofu. Add to 3 or 4 cups of your favorite vegetables, such as onions, pepper, tomatoes, squash and broccoli. Fry everything with a little bit of olive oil on medium heat.
