3. Excessively rancid odors
Obviously no sweat smells pleasant, but if you are finding that your regular body sweat is smelling particularly rancid, this could actually be a sign that you have a magnesium deficiency. This is something that you might not notice if you’re not all that aware of what kinds of food contain magnesium and which foods can deplete the amount of magnesium within your body.
Be aware that eating too much sugar can lower your magnesium levels which can make your sweat smell really bad. You should also increase the amount of green vegetables you consume. Kale, spinach, and broccoli will help increase your magnesium levels and keep your sweat smelling normal.
