Apple Cider Vinegar: 8 Times to Use It and How

Tips

Tips

Apple Cider Vinegar shouldn’t be taken straight as it can burn the throat and tongue. Try mixing it into a cup of tea or into a glass of water with a little honey to break the acidic taste. Water and honey is generally the easiest way to give to young children, but watch how much you’re giving them, because it is known to give a person an upset stomach if taken too much and straight — try to limit it to no more than 4 tablespoons a day (2 in the morning and 2 at night) no matter how old the person is.

Try to use unpasteurized, unfiltered, organic Apple Cider Vinegar to receive the most benefits. Don’t let the murky substance at the bottom of the bottle fool you — it’s actually called the ’mother’ of vinegar, and is what contains the enzymes that have so many amazing benefits.
