8. Use healthier dips
Regularly use store-bought dips, full fat cream, milk, and lots of other sauces that are high in fat and sugar? There’s an easy alternative for everything. Swap your double cream for Greek yogurt, replace your full fat milk with skimmed milk, and replace ketchup, as previously explained, with freshly-made passata. Just think more about fresh ingredients when creating your dips–a good rule to follow is that the fresher it is, the more likely it is to be good for you!
